Jiang Zhenghua, deputy chairman of national NPC, Chen Shineng, chairman of federation and vice chairman Pan Beilei attend this commendation conference. Hundred enterprises win honorary title of national light industry advanced enterprise with excellent performance. Guangbo Group as the leader of Chinese paper products stationery is on the list.
In this commendation conference, Chairman Chen Shineng made an important summary on the development of national light industry in 2005. He said, “The total output value of 2005 light industry is 4770.4 billion yuan, increased by147.74% than the end of Nine-Five period. Industrial added value is 1322.7 billion yuan, increased by 163.12% than the end of Nine-Five period. Total industrial sales are 4667.9 billion yuan, increased by 150.42% than the end of Nine-Five period, with 1180.5 billion yuan export delivery value, increased by 170.76% than the end of Nine-Five period. Sales income is 4612.5 billion yuan, increased by 155.72% than the end of Nine-Five period. Gross profits are 360.3 billion yuan, increased by 146.68% than the end of Nine-Five period. The yield of many products is the first of the world, and partial industries have become ones with certain international competitiveness. After five-year’s development, many enterprises have developed into a reasonably large scale, and form comparatively complete industry chain inside the industry. What’s more, the degree of specialization is higher and division of work is more and more details. Meanwhile, industry chain extends to outward, begins to intermesh and permeate with related industries. Allocation of production elements has been optimized. Ownership structure, industrial structure and product structure tend to be more reasonable, more adapting to the requirements of market economy development. The industrial centralizing degree has been improved, technical progress has made great effects, and sustainable development ability has been enhanced.”
