Personally, I went through doing from 0 to 1 as well as doing from 1 to 10. I think, it’s most difficult to do from 0 to 1. Because doing from 0 to 1 is not only the change of number, but a course of experiencing, the most precious spirit lies. …” On December 18, Guangbo Group President Wang Liping walked into Zhejiang Wanli University, shared his experiences in starting business with vast college students, and called for college students should first get employed then set up own business.
“Now many college students turned their eyes upwards. There exits the misunderstanding that being a boss is establishing own business. In fact, college students have some shortcomings in social experience, turning theory into practice and dealing with interpersonal relationship”. He said, “Being the employer and employee is consistent to some extent. Both achieve own dream and goal by taking use of surrounding resources. While entrepreneurial resources come from society, employment resources not only come from society, but from intra-enterprise. Because big enterprises have completed the transformation from 0 to 1, by large enterprises’ mature operating system, development capacity and marketing capacity, through this platform, combined with resources superiority like own professional experience and personal connections, realize mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, finally realize the maximization of own value. In a sense, it’s also a way of setting up business.”
Later, through listing small examples nearby, he deeply elaborated why college students should first get employed then set up business from the following three aspects, “finding ‘Blue Ocean’ in employment”, “l(fā)earning and accumulation is the prerequisite of setting up business”, “gain business founding platform through employment”.
