Innovation is the eternal power for enterprise’s development and the soul of building the century-old store. On the afternoon of April 15, jointly hosted by Ningbo Daily, City Federation of Industry and Commerce, and City Government Development and Research Centre, Ningbo private economy transformation and upgrading summit forum was held in Nanyuan Universe Deluxe Hotel, with the theme of management innovation.
Feng Bing, former editor in chief of Economic Daily and vice chairman of BCIU, attended the forum and gave the speech on “Private economy’s development outlet”. At the forum, the panel selected 2010 Ningbo private economy transformation and upgrading representative of region economy and sample enterprise. Yinzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce these three units and Guangbo Group, Hebang Group these 18 enterprises entered. Yan Qin, director of City Government Development and Research Centre, made a speech on private enterprises should play an active role in advancing “six speeds-up”.
Ningbo has 120,000 private enterprises, many of which are accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrade. In the second half of last year, in order to explore and dig vast private enterprises’ road to transformation, this newspaper together with City Federation of Industry and Commerce, Ningbo Economic Journal and Lianbang Smart Fortune (Ningbo) Brand Planning Organization, conducted a large-scale study on the transforming Ningbo private enterprises. Through empirical analysis of 20 samples, sorted out six paths of current Ningbo private enterprises transformation and upgrade, including moving up the value chain, extending transformation to service industries, boosting the upgrade of manufacturing by means of informatization, integration and upgrade through the industrial chain, new energy leading manufacturing to transformation and upgrade, and traditional industries multiple fusion.
