56 ethnic groups, 56 flowers, 56 brothers and sisters are a family. On October 27, many people gathered in the lecture hall of Guangbo Group. Under the common witness by about 300 minority workers of the whole company, Guangbo Group minority fellowship group was formally set up, the first one in Yinzhou district. Guangbo Group executive vice manager Dai Guoping, CEO Shu Yaoping and municipal and district relevant leaders attended this inaugural meeting.
It is said that at present, about 300 people from 15 ethnic groups are in each sub plant of Guangbo Group. To better promote unity and prosperity among all ethnic groups, serve vast employees, under the great support of leaders from district civil affairs bureau and from Guangbo Group, Guangbo Group set up minority fellowship group. Luo Bing from Dong Minority served as the group leader, with its 9 group members from Hui Minority, Zhuang Minority, Tujia Minority and so on.
At the meeting, as the leader of minority fellowship group, Luo Bing gave the speech. He promised that its group members will be closely around the total target of “national unity, national equality and common prosperity of all ethnic groups”, give full play to the advantages of coordination communication, carry out various fellowship activities, deepen mutual understanding between all ethnic groups, promote unity among all ethnic groups in the company, employees get along well with each other, create new vitality, new impetus and high efficiency for the company, and by various channels and forms widely publicize related ethnic policies and regulations, effectively promote harmonious Guangbo ethnic solidarity cause, and make positive contributions to create harmonious Guangbo and safe Yinzhou.
