Guangbo Expanded Manufacturing to Vietnam

After a couple months investigation for an extra manufacturing site throughout the countries of South Asia, Guangbo decided to open a new factory at Bac Nihn Province of Vietnam.

The new company in Vietnam – G &B (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. will be located in the Dai Dong – Hoan Son Industrial Park, at the Tian Du District of Bac Nihn Province of Vietnam. The location is 90KM from the major sea port of Vietnam, Hai Phong, and it is only about 20km to the capital of Vietnam, Hanoi. And this area is also the most populated area of Vietnam. Guangbo Group had signed a strategic agreement with the Industrial Park Authority, the first phase of the factory will occupy two workshop buildings, totally is 11,000 square meters, and there is another 6 buildings under construction, it enables the flexibility of expansions.

“We are planning to finish installation of machineries and processing line in the workshop before end of Dec. this year, and start trial run at the Jan. 2019. Work force employing and training will be done during this period of time. Our customers can expect our mass production from the beginning of Feb. 2019.” Stated by Mr. Dongming Li, he was chief of engineer department of Guangbo’s Ningbo factory, and was assigned as the General Manager of the Vietnam factory recently.

“It is a new chapter of Guangbo, we aim to expand the manufacturing to Vietnam, it is not only about the Trump Tariff, but a strategic step forward for better serving our customers, and hundreds millions end users behind our customers. The good investment environment created by Bac Nihn province government, sufficient educated working population and relatively better supply chain, it enables us to deliver more value to customers.” Said Mr. JP Wang, the president of Guangbo, “Our long term goal is to localize the company, to build up another Guangbo in Vietnam.”
